placed for the first 6 months of the 1-year lease (within the first 6 months we
will begin the eviction process by serving the 14-day notice to quit and answer
questions through to the summary process. Should tenant need to be removed with
in the first 6 months we will provide new tenant at no charge to the landlord)
The landlord will have a chance to review all documentation
before tenant is given keys to any unit.
