Ron Oliveira, Owner/Operator

Ron is a licensed local Realtor for over 10 years with a strong property management background and a confident reputation in real estate. Ron works to conquer every good and bad situation in real estate management. He prides in himself and his team in being efficient, convenient, prompt and cooperative and one step above in handing any situation.

Ron is a life-long resident of the New Bedford area and graduate from New Bedford Regional Vocational Technical High School. He earned an Associates Degree in Business Management from Bristol Community College and continues his education through various seminars in real estate, changing laws, marketing and finance.

Ron qualifications include awards as top producing real estate agent for the past two years, experience in recruiting, management, managing over 150 residential and commercial units, networking with landlords and investors, tenant selection placement and relocation and all aspects of property management and maintenance.

Troy Lewis, Owner/Operator

Troy was raised in Brockton Massachusetts and is a graduate of Brockton High School. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Victor Valley College in Victorville, California.

Troy served in the United States Air Force in the Civil Engineer Squadron and received an honorable discharge after 4 years of service.

Following his military service, Troy worked from 1987 to 2007 at Jordan’s Furniture in customer relations and as a supervisor.

Currently, Troy works in property and tenant management and is experienced in all aspects of real estate. Troy is a licensed Massachusetts Realtor and is active in the community.

Brian P. Richards, Property Manager

Brian was born in Fall River, Massachusetts on March 16, 1979. He grew up one town over in Freetown, Massachusetts where he lived with his family throughout high school and college. He graduated high school from Old Colony Regional Vocational Technical High School with a degree in Mechanical Drafting in 1997. Two month’s after graduation he immediately started college with a partial scholarship to New England Institute for Technology in Warwick. RI. He majored in Architectural Building Engineering Technology, in which he received his degree in 1999. After graduation, Brian joined the Facilities Management Department at Brown University to create the INSITE space management database. This database is comprehensive source of information for all building systems, infrastructure, plans, square footage, usage and even the budget. His work has enabled Brown to create their Global Information System which is unique to only a few universities in the nation. Once this system was in place, Brian wanted to further explore his potential in the Real Estate and Property Management Profession.

Brian attended the American Real Estate Academy and became a Realtor in 2001. He has worked actively as a Realtor in the South Coast area of MA and RI ever since. In addition to being a Realtor, Brian also worked as a Property Manager, managing 135 Low Income Tax Credit Units in the Providence Area. This experience gave Brian a great understanding of HUD guidelines and assisted living. Brian is now a Certified Professional of Occupancy with the National Affordable Housing Management Association. He is happy to serve you and looks forward to working with you.
